Prepare the surface.

Shot blasting removes weak surface material and creates the profile the coating needs to bond.

  1. 01 / Shot blast the concrete.Shot blasting removes weak surface material and creates the profile the coating needs to bond.
  2. 02 / Repair. Seal. Detail.Treat prepared cracks with approved sealant. After curing, apply the 350FC detail coat around cracks and drains.
  3. 03 / A continuous waterproof base.Spread a thin, even 350FC membrane with a notched squeegee. Let the base cure before applying the wear coat.
  4. 04 / Build the wearing course.Apply 950NF evenly over the cured membrane. The wet wear coat receives the silica aggregate.
  5. 05 / Broadcast. Cure. Sweep.Broadcast silica into the wet wear coat. Let it cure, then sweep away loose excess before topcoating.
  6. 06 / Roll the grey finish.Roll 951NF over the cured, swept surface. A thin grey finish seals the aggregate while retaining texture.
  7. 07 / Cure. Inspect. Protect.Let the system cure and inspect the application. Release the deck to traffic under the manufacturer’s instructions.
